I remember how much fear and uncertainty I felt as a child while watching the people around me: their faces and words communicated one thing, and my body told me something else. Why? Am I really that different? Where do I belong? I sought relationships that would make me feel safe and accepted. But the feelings of fear, trust and isolation just wouldn’t disappear. I wanted to understand why I feel what I do, with whom, and how do I defend myself.
My path to inner security in relationships was difficult and exacting, often strewn with feelings of irresolvableness. Today, the people who surround me make the hours pass like minutes; it’s so simple and beautiful when we connect. Connection is playful and creative, even during the more stressful themes.
My husband and I are dedicated to creating and enjoying music, to exploring new countries, good food and wine, and especially to our two children. Every day we spend together tests our connectedness, in our relationship and to ourselves, and to our faith in relating. It’s beautiful and it’s hard. Always.

As a Native English speaker, and fluent in the Slovene language, therapy may take place in either or both languages. I carry out my practice in Lubljana, Slovenia, as well as all over the world through online sessions.
